The title refers to the  Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP), also known as the North American Union - formerly launched at a March 23, 2005 Waco, Texas meeting attended by George Bush, Mexico’s President Vincente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin. It’s for a tri-national agreement, below the radar, for greater economic, political, and security integration with secret business and government working groups devising binding policies with no public knowledge or legislative debate.

In short, it’s a military-backed corporate coup d’etat against the sovereignty of three nations, their populations and legislative bodies. It’s a dagger through the heart of democratic freedom in all three, yet the public is largely unaware of what’s happening.

Last April, New Orleans hosted the last SPP summit. Ever since, progress may have stalled given the gravity of the global economic crisis and top priority need to address it. Nonetheless, what’s known to date is updated below plus some related information.

Last September, the Army Times reported that the 3rd Infantry’s 1st Brigade Combat Team in Iraq would be re-deployed at home (October 1) as “an on-call federal response force for natural or manmade emergencies and disasters, including terrorist attacks.”

“This marks the first time an active unit has been given a dedicated assignment to NorthCom, a joint command established in 2002 to provide command and control for federal homeland defense efforts and coordinate defense support of civil authorities.”

Then on December 1, the Washington Post reported that the Pentagon will deploy 20,000 troops nationwide by 2011 “to help state and local officials respond to a nuclear attack or other domestic catastrophe.” Three “rapid-reaction” combat units are planned. Two or more others may follow. They’ll be supplemented by 80 smaller National Guard units trained to respond to chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, high-yield explosive, and other domestic “terror” attacks or disturbances. In other words,  homeland militarization and occupation are planned using troops trained to kill.

The pretext is national security. In fact, they’ll be on-call against another major terrorist attack, real or contrived, as well as civil unrest given the gravity of the economic crisis, its affect on millions, and likelihood that sooner or later they’ll react. Armed combat troops will supplement militarized local police in case security crackdowns are ordered or  martial law declared.

“Catastrophic Emergency” procedures are in place to react to situations, “natural or manmade,” according to DHS/FEMA’s March 2008  “Preparedness for the Next Catastrophic Disaster” policy paper. Should conditions warrant, initiatives to suspend the Constitution and declare martial law are in place, but militarizing America for business is also at issue.

Last October 1, the Canadian Action Party posted a “COUP IN USA ALERT” after the Bush administration announced the homeland deployment of troops with “$100 billion (bailout) dollars” to do it.

What’s Likely in Prospect

SPP efforts paused during the Bush to Obama transition, but “deep integration” plans remain. On January 19, Ottawa’s Carleton University’s Centre for Trade Policy and Law outlined an agenda for America and Canada going forward. It called for “early and sustained cooperation” at a time of continuing global crisis, to include security, defense, trade and competitiveness.

It said the “most pressing issue is the need to re-think the architecture for managing North America’s common economic space (including) trade liberalization.” It used language like “re-imagining (and) modernizing the border” that reads like erasing it and doing the same with Mexico. In a similar vein, it recommends “integrating national regulatory regimes into one that applies on both sides of the border.” It called the arrival of a new Washington administration “a golden opportunity” to forge a “mutually beneficial agenda (that) will define global and North American governance for years to come.”

It mentioned the specter of protectionism and need to avoid it given the current economic climate. It advocates a “more ambitious Canada-US Partnership” beyond  NAFTA,” in co-partnership with Mexico.

Titled “North America Next,” a recent Arizona State University North American Center for Transborder Studies report called for “sustainable and security competitiveness” and deeper US-Canada-Mexico integration through “sustainable security and effective trade and transportation (to) make (the three nation) North America(n partnership) safer, more economically viable, and more prosperous.”

Both Carleton and Arizona State University project participants want SPP initiatives invigorated under a new Washington administration, especially in a climate of global economic crisis when addressing it takes precedence.

Other Issues in Play

“The Canadian’s” Mike Finch “North American Union (NAU) watch” reports that US and Canadian organizations want to end free flow Internet information. He cites an “net-neutrality activist group” discovery of “plans for the demise of the free Internet by 2010 in Canada,” and by 2012 globally.

Canada’s two largest ISPs, Bell Canada and TELUS, are behind a scheme to limit browsing, block out sites, and charge fees on most others as part of a 2012 “planned full (NAU) launching.” Web host I Power’s Reese Leysen called it “beyond censorship: it is killing the biggest (ever) ‘ecosystem’ of free expression and freedom of speech.” He cited big company inside sources providing information on “exclusivity deals between ISPs and big content providers (like TV studios and video game publishers) “to decide which sites will be in the standard package offered customers, leaving the rest of the Internet unreachable except for fees.”

Leysen called his source “100% reliable” and cited similar information from a Dylan Pattyn Time magazine article, based on Bell Canada and TELUS sources. Plans are for “only the top 100 - 200 sites making the cut in the initial subscription package,” likely to include major news outlets at the expense of smaller, alternative ones. “The Internet would become a playground for billion-dollar content providers,” like cable TV providers, unless efforts are made to stop it.

Leysen thinks US and global ISPs have similar plans that include free speech restrictions and privacy invasions. The stakes are high if he’s right. Yet the profit potential is huge and friendly governments may oblige. Also involved are “deceptive marketing and fear tactics” (like citing child pornography threats) to gain public approval for subscription services masquerading as online safety. The time to stop it is now.

Earlier Plans to Rename SPP/NAU

Last March, Canada’s Fraser Institute proposed it in an article titled:  “Saving the North American Security and Prosperity Partnership” at a time of mounting criticism. It recommended discarding NAU in favor of the “North American Standards and Regulatory Area (NASRA)” to disguise its real purpose. It called the “SPP brand” tarnished so changing it was essential to continue where NAFTA left off by combining security with quality of life issues like food safety, global warming, climate change, and pandemic diseases. It also wants better communications to sell it to the public. Their idea is to fool most people until it’s too late to matter.

Rumblings in America at the State Level

Running counter to “deep integration,” News with Views (NWV) writer Jim Kouri headlined on February 23: “Individual States Declaring Sovereignty.” He cites political strategist Mike Baker saying “Americans are becoming disenchanted with the federal government’s lack of perspective on” matters like: “illegal aliens, crime, (and) economic turmoil - while intruding into the private lives of citizens with gun-control laws and other intrusions,” issues our Founding Fathers “relegated to the individual states.” Bothersome also are unfunded mandates that states can’t handle given their over-stretched budgets and need to cut back. In addition, Washington’s intrusion into local law enforcement is a big issue.

So far, nine states have  declared sovereignty and another dozen or more are considering it. Enacted or proposed legislation varies from all states’ rights to selective ones like gun control and abortion.

As of January 30, Washington State is one of the former under House and Senate bill HJM-4009 stating:

“ The Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States specifically provides that, ‘The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people;’ and The Tenth Amendment defines the total scope of federal power as being those powers specifically granted to it by the Constitution of the United States and no more.”

Earlier in January, New Hampshire enacted similar legislation (HCR-6) “affirming States’ rights based on Jeffersonian principles.” Other states doing it totally or in part include California, Arizona, Montana, Michigan, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Georgia. In addition, the following states are considering similar measures: Colorado, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Arkansas, Idaho, Alabama, Maine, Nevada, Hawaii and Alaska, and reportedly, Wyoming and Mississippi may as well.

Besides states rights issues, driving the current movement are:

– the grave and deteriorating economy;

– Wall Street’s harmful control over policy;

– its effects on checks and balances;

– excessive bailouts for an insolvent and corrupted banking system at the expense of local state budgets and rights; and

– reckless and unsustainable spending and national debt levels driving the nation to bankruptcy and placing untenable burdens on states.

Overall, concern is that Washington is complicit in driving the nation to ruin, and they want out or at least lean that way. If this movement gains strength, at the least it will slow “deep integration,” stall it for a considerable time, but won’t likely halt it. Corporate America wants it, and most often what it wants, it gets.

It may just take longer than planned, much longer given the gravity of the global crisis, how hard it will be to resolve, and how long doing it will take. Some experts predict another Great Depression as bad or worse than the first one and far worse than Japan’s “lost decades” - from 1990 to the present.

Top priority in world capitals and corporate boardrooms is preventing it if possible. Except for “national security,” other initiatives are secondary.

A stunning Russian Foreign Ministry report is stating today that the President Obama has secretly ordered the ‘immediate’ opening of America’s vast gulag of concentration camps, built since 2001 and estimated able to hold a further 1 million of their citizens, which is aside from the 2.3 million currently imprisoned in what has become the World’s largest Prison Nation in all of history, in what they are calling Project ENDGAME.

These reports say that President Obama’s administration is being driven by the ‘outright fear’ over what they say will be an ‘explosion’ of massive social upheaval this coming summer due to their Nations economic collapse which has nearly totally destroyed their ability to maintain their food stocks as tens of thousands of US farmers have had to resort to the mass slaughter of their bird flocks, swine and cattle herds they are unable to feed due to their not being able to gain access to their much needed Farm Operating Loans they survive on until their crops come in and their flocks and herds are ready for market. 

The American farmers being cut off from these operating loans is eerily reminiscent of the 1930’s Great Depression which likewise saw the total collapse of the United States being able to feed itself and which Russian historian Boris Borisov has estimated killed over 10 million Americans.

It is important to note that Dr. Borisov’s seminal research on the massive numbers of Americans killed during their Great Depression is still banned from being published in the United States though the figures supporting his claims come from the US’s own government compiled statistics, and as we can read as reported by the Russia Today News Service:

“As I was doing comparative research of the American Great Depression in the 1930s, and the Great Depression of the 1990s in Russia, I grew interested in the social dimension of the tragedy. It was logical that I looked up official American documents and found out that the discrepancies were so obvious that any independent researcher would not but have doubt about the official U.S. statistic data. All appears to be rather interesting. I will come to that later.

The U.S. Congress added fuel to the fire by adopting resolutions nearly every year blaming the Soviet government for alleged staged famine in the 1930s in Ukraine. The first resolution came in 1988, 50 years after the events described. The current members of Congress wonder about the following, and I quote, “people in the government were aware of what was going on, but did not do anything to help the starving”.

At that very period of 1930s, the wealthy city of New York saw kilometre-long lines of people for free soup. There were no queues on the city’s main streets though, but not because there were no hungry people but because most of the cities did not have any money – they were just bankrupt.

So, I became curious about that and carried out some research that brought about interesting results.

Seven and a half million people does not mean the number of particular victims of the famine, but a general demographic loss, or the difference between the supposed population on the date of the census that was due to be held in 1940 and the factual number of people. In reality, the total demographic loss is bigger. The fact is not contested by anyone. The figure is more than ten million people.”

To the vast gulag of new concentration camps built for those American citizens targeted by their government of ‘immediate’ arrest we can further read as reported by the San Francisco Chronicle News Service:

“Since 9/11, and seemingly without the notice of most Americans, the federal government has assumed the authority to institute martial law, arrest a wide swath of dissidents (citizen and noncitizen alike), and detain people without legal or constitutional recourse in the event of “an emergency influx of immigrants in the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs.”

“Beginning in 1999, the government has entered into a series of single-bid contracts with Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) to build detention camps at undisclosed locations within the United States. The government has also contracted with several companies to build thousands of railcars, some reportedly equipped with shackles, ostensibly to transport detainees.

According to diplomat and author Peter Dale Scott, the KBR contract is part of a Homeland Security plan titled ENDGAME, which sets as its goal the removal of "all removable aliens" and "potential terrorists."

Fraud-busters such as Rep. Henry Waxman, D-Los Angeles, have complained about these contracts, saying that more taxpayer dollars should not go to taxpayer-gouging Halliburton. But the real question is: What kind of "new programs" require the construction and refurbishment of detention facilities in nearly every state of the union with the capacity to house perhaps millions of people?

Sect. 1042 of the 2007 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), "Use of the Armed Forces in Major Public Emergencies," gives the executive the power to invoke martial law. For the first time in more than a century, the president is now authorized to use the military in response to "a natural disaster, a disease outbreak, a terrorist attack or any other condition in which the President determines that domestic violence has occurred to the extent that state officials cannot maintain public order."

The Military Commissions Act of 2006, rammed through Congress just before the 2006 midterm elections, allows for the indefinite imprisonment of anyone who donates money to a charity that turns up on a list of "terrorist" organizations, or who speaks out against the government's policies. The law calls for secret trials for citizens and noncitizens alike.

Also in 2007, the White House quietly issued National Security Presidential Directive 51 (NSPD-51), to ensure "continuity of government" in the event of what the document vaguely calls a "catastrophic emergency." Should the president determine that such an emergency has occurred, he and he alone is empowered to do whatever he deems necessary to ensure "continuity of government." This could include everything from canceling elections to suspending the Constitution to launching a nuclear attack. Congress has yet to hold a single hearing on NSPD-51.

U.S. Rep. Jane Harman, D-Venice (Los Angeles County) has come up with a new way to expand the domestic "war on terror." Her Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007 (HR1955), which passed the House by the lopsided vote of 404-6, would set up a commission to "examine and report upon the facts and causes" of so-called violent radicalism and extremist ideology, then make legislative recommendations on combatting it.

According to commentary in the Baltimore Sun, Rep. Harman and her colleagues from both sides of the aisle believe the country faces a native brand of terrorism, and needs a commission with sweeping investigative power to combat it.

A clue as to where Harman's commission might be aiming is the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act, a law that labels those who "engage in sit-ins, civil disobedience, trespass, or any other crime in the name of animal rights" as terrorists. Other groups in the crosshairs could be anti-abortion protesters, anti-tax agitators, immigration activists, environmentalists, peace demonstrators, Second Amendment rights supporters ... the list goes on and on. According to author Naomi Wolf, the National Counterterrorism Center holds the names of roughly 775,000 "terror suspects" with the number increasing by 20,000 per month.”

Reports from the United States are also reporting that for the first time since their Civil War, US Troops are being trained to take over whole villages and towns to capture and arrest anyone they deem a threat, and as we can read of one such US Military Unit in Iowa:

“The Carroll National Guard unit will train on urban military operations by holding a four-day exercise at Arcadia. The purpose of the April 2-5 drill will be to gather intelligence, then search for and apprehend a suspected weapons dealer, according to Sgt. Mike Kots, readiness NCO for Alpha Company.

Citizens, law enforcement, media and other supporters will participate.

Troops will spend Thursday, April 2, staging at a forward operations base at Carroll. The next day company leaders will conduct reconnaissance and begin patrolling the streets of Arcadia to identify possible locations of the weapons dealer.

The primary phase will be done Saturday, April 4, when convoys will be deployed from Carroll to Arcadia. Pictures of the arms dealer will be shown in Arcadia, and soldiers will go door to door asking if residents have seen the suspect.

Soldiers will knock only at households that have agreed to participate in the drill, Kots noted.

“Once credible intelligence has been gathered," said Kots, "portions of the town will be road-blocked and more in-depth searches of homes and vehicles will be conducted in accordance with the residents' wishes.

“One of the techniques we use in today's political environment is cordon and knock," Kots explained. "We ask for the head of the household, get permission to search, then have them open doors and cupboards. The homeowner maintains control. We peer over their shoulder, and the soldier uses the homeowner's body language and position to protect him."

During this phase of the operation, troops will interact with residents and media while implementing crowd-control measures and possibly treating and evacuating injured persons. The unit will use a Blackhawk helicopter for overhead command and control, and to simulate medevacs. The drill will culminate in the apprehension of the suspected arms dealer.”

The sheer Orwellian aspect of US Military Officials and US Propaganda Media Organs using their own citizens to assist in the apprehension of their family, friends and neighbors labeled as ‘enemies of the state’ are too chilling to comprehend, but become downright frightening when coupled with the news that the US Government is now moving to cut off access to all of their citizens to the ammunition they would need to defend themselves against these fascist barbarians.

Virtually unknown to the masses of gun owning Americans is that their fears of having their government confiscate their guns was never the greatest one to have, but to the taking away all of these peoples access to the ammunition needed for their guns is what the ‘master plan’ for subjugating them has always been, and as we can read:

“It looks like those who said the Obama Administration would strike while the iron is hot may have been correct, and the Administration may be doing it in a way that does not require them to even get a vote in Congress. In this morning's edition of the Shooting Wire, Jim Shepherd writes that Canadian officials have it on "good authority" our State Department may be on the verge of cutting off all imports of certain calibers of ammunition.

Ammos listed for this rumored ban include the .50BMG, 7.62x39mm Soviet, 7.62x51mm NATO, .308 Winchester, 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington. Additionally, we're hearing that an expansion of this proposed ban might be broadened to include the 6.8mm SPC, 9mm Parabellum, .40 S&W, and .45 ACP- among others.”

Most astounding of all of these events is that the vast majority of Americans still look upon their new President Obama as being different from their former President Bush, but as each day goes by the evidence clearly shows he is nothing more than the figurehead put into place to enact the final ENDGAME leading to the final destruction of the United States.

From Bush’s War on Terror which he is continuing, to Bush’s tax cuts to the wealthy elite he is continuing, to his backing of Bush’s torture policies, to his attempts to kill the case against seeking to find the millions of lost Bush emails, to his attempts to maintain Bush’s secrecy on spying and torture of US citizens, and so much more, President Obama is marching in virtual lockstep with his predecessor virtually ignored by the masses of Americans soon to be destroyed by what they refuse to see and defend themselves against.

To what is going to become of these once great American people we need look no further than the words of the British champion of social justice George Orwell, who in his prophetic work “1984” stated:

“The ideal set up by the Party was something huge, terrible, and glittering—a world of steel and concrete, of monstrous machines and terrifying weapons—a nation of warriors and fanatics, marching forward in perfect unity, all thinking the same thoughts and shouting the same slogans, perpetually working, fighting, triumphing, persecuting—three hundred million people all with the same face.”

How terrifying it is for those Americans not having the ‘same face’ as their mindless fellow citizens we know all too well as we have seen them before in the gulags of Nazi Germany and Communist Russia, the Killing Fields of Cambodia and now soon to be….in the United States.

EE.UU. ORDENA COMIENZO DEL PROYECTO ‘FINAL DEL JUEGO’, 775,000 ESTADOUNIDENSES SEÑALADOS PARA ARRESTO

Un impactante reporte del Ministerio Ruso del Exterior está manifestando hoy que el Presidente Obama ha ordenado en secreto la ‘inmediata’ apertura del extenso gulag de campos de concentración de los Estados Unidos, construido desde 2001 y que se calcula podrá albergar a más de1 millón de sus ciudadanos, esto es además de los 2.3 millones que se encuentran actualmente en prisión en lo que se ha convertido en la nación prisión más grande del mundo en toda la historia, y que ellos llaman El Proyecto FINAL DEL JUEGO.

 

Estos reportes dicen que la administración del Presidente Obama está siendo impulsada por el ‘franco temor’ por lo que ellos dicen será una ‘explosión’ de formidable disturbio social este próximo verano debido al derrumbe económico de su país que ha destruido casi totalmente su capacidad para mantener sus abastos de alimento pues decenas de miles de agricultores Estadounidenses han tenido que recurrir a la matanza masiva de sus aves, ganado porcino y vacuno a los que no pueden alimentar debido a que no cuentan con el acceso a sus más que necesitados Préstamos para la Operación de la Agricultura para sobrevivir hasta que sus cosechas estén listas y sus aves y ganado estén listos para el mercado.

 

El corte a los agricultores Estadounidenses de estos préstamos para operación es extrañamente reminiscente de la Gran Depresión en la década de los 1930, que del mismo modo vio el derrumbe total de los Estados Unidos en la capacidad de alimentarse a sí mismos y que el historiador Ruso Boris Borisov ha calculado que hizo morir a más de 10 millones de Estadounidenses.

 

Es importante apuntar que la investigación seminal del Dr. Borisov sobre las grandes cantidades de Estadounidenses muertos durante la Gran Depresión continúa prohibida su publicación en los Estados Unidos aunque las cifras que apoyan sus afirmaciones vienen de las estadísticas compiladas por el propio gobierno Estadounidense como lo podemos leer en el servicio noticioso de Rusia, Today:

Era lógico que buscara en los documentos oficiales Estadounidenses y encontré que las discrepancias eran tan obvias que cualquier otro investigador independiente no tendría duda sobre los datos estadísticos oficiales de ese país. Todo parece ser más bien interesante. Volveré a esto después.

 

El Congreso Estadounidense agregó leña al fuego al adoptar resoluciones casi cada año culpando al gobierno Soviético por la presunta hambruna que sucedió en la década de los 1930 en Ucrania. La primera resolución llegó en 1988, 50 años después de los acontecimientos descritos. Los miembros actuales del Congreso se preguntan sobre lo siguiente y cito “la gente en el gobierno estaba al tanto de lo que estaba sucediendo pero no hizo nada para ayudar a los que morían de hambre”.

 

En ese mismo período de la década de los 1930, la pudiente ciudad de Nueva York vio a personas haciendo filas de kilómetros por un plato de sopa gratis. Aunque no hubo colas en las calles de las principales ciudades, pero no porque no hubiera gente hambrienta sino porque la mayoría de las ciudades no tenían dinero, estaban quebradas.

 

Así que me entró curiosidad sobre eso y llevé a cabo la investigación que me arrojó resultados interesantes.

 

Siete y medio millones de personas no significan la cantidad de víctimas particulares de la hambruna sino una pérdida demográfica general o la diferencia entre la supuesta población en la fecha del censo que iba a llevarse a cabo en la década de los 1940 o el número real de personas. En realidad, la pérdida demográfica total es mucho más grande. El hecho no es disputado por nadie. La cifra es más de 10 millones de personas”.

 

Sobre el extenso gulag de nuevos campos de concentración construidos para esos ciudadanos Estadounidenses que están señalados por su gobierno para arresto ‘inmediato’ podemos leer más como lo publicó el diario San Francisco Chronicle:

 

“Desde el 9/11, y aparentemente sin aviso para la mayoría de los Estadounidenses, el gobierno federal ha asumido la autoridad de instituir la ley marcial, arrestar una amplio guadañazo de disidentes (ciudadanos y no ciudadanos por igual) y detener gente sin recurso legal o constitucional en el caso de ‘un influjo de emergencia de inmigrantes en los Estados Unidos o apoyar el rápido desarrollo de programas nuevos”.

 

“Comenzando en el 1999, el gobierno ha celebrado una serie de contratos de licitación única con la Kellogg, Brown y Root (KBR), subsidiaria de la Halliburton para construir campos de detención en ubicaciones no reveladas dentro del territorio de los Estados Unidos. El gobierno también ha contratado con varias empresas la construcción de vagones, y se dice que algunos están equipados con grilletes, manifiestamente para transportar detenidos.

 

Según el diplomático y escritor Peter Dale Scott, el contrato de la KBR es parte del plan de Seguridad del Suelo Patrio titulado FINAL DEL JUEGO, que fija como su objetivo el retiro de ‘todos los extranjeros removibles’ y ‘terroristas potenciales’.

 

Los caza-fraudes como el Legislador Demócrata de Los Ángeles, Henry Waxman se ha quejado de estos contratos diciendo que no deben de irse más dólares de los contribuyentes a la traga-contribuyentes que es la Halliburton. Pero la verdadera pregunta es esta: ¿Qué tipo de ‘nuevos programas’ requieren la construcción y remodelación de instalaciones de detención en casi todo estado de la unión con la capacidad de albergar tal vez millones de personas?

 

El Párrafo 1042 del Acta de Autorización de la Defensa Nacional (NAAD), “Uso de las Fuerzas Armadas en Emergencias Públicas Graves” da al ejecutivo el poder de invocar la ley marcial. Por primera vez en más de un siglo, el presidente ya está autorizado para usar al ejército en respuesta a ‘un desastre natural, brote de enfermedades, ataque terrorista o cualquier otra condición en la que el Presidente determine que está ocurriendo violencia interna al grado de que los funcionarios estatales no pueden mantener el orden público”.

 

El Acta de Comisiones Militares de 2006, que fue metida a fuerzas a través del Congreso apenas antes de las elecciones a mitad del período de 2006, permite la prisión indefinida de todo aquel que done dinero a un fondo de caridad que resulte estar en una lista de organizaciones ‘terroristas’ o quien hable contra las políticas del gobierno. La ley exige juicios secretos para ciudadanos y no ciudadanos por igual.

 

También en el 2007, la Casa Blanca, a la callada, emitió la Directiva Presidencial 51 de Seguridad Nacional (NSPD-51) para asegurar ‘la continuidad del gobierno’ en el caso de lo que el documento llama vagamente ‘una emergencia catastrófica’. Si el Presidente llegase a determinar que tal emergencia ha ocurrido, él y sólo él tiene el poder de hacer lo que él considere necesario para asegurar ‘la continuidad del gobierno’. Esto podría incluir todo desde la cancelación de elecciones hasta la suspensión de la Constitución para lanzar un ataque nuclear. El Congreso todavía tiene pendiente por celebrar una sola audiencia sobre la NSPD-51.

 

La Legisladora Demócrata de Venice (Condado de Los Ángeles), Jane Harman, ha salido con un nuevo modo de extender la ‘guerra contra el terror’ interna. Su Acta de Prevención de Radicalización Violenta y Terrorismo de Origen Interno de 2007 (HR 1955) que fue aprobada por el Congreso por el voto sesgado de 404-6, establecería una comisión para ‘examinar y reportar sobre hechos y causas’ del llamado radicalismo violento e ideología extremista, y de ahí hacer recomendaciones legislativas para combatirlos.

 

Según un comentario en el diario The Baltimore Sun, la legisladora Harman y sus colegas de ambos bandos del pasillo creen que el país enfrenta una marca nativa de terrorismo y necesita una comisión con poder investigativo tipo barredora para combatirlo.

 

Una pista sobre hacia adonde estaría apuntando la comisión de Harman es el Acta de Terrorismo de Empresa Animal, una ley que etiqueta a aquellos que ‘se implican en protestas de bloqueo, desobediencia civil, invasión o cualquier otro delito en nombre de los derechos de los animales’ como terroristas. Otros grupos en el entrecejo serían los manifestantes anti-aborto, los agitadores anti-impuestos, los activistas de inmigración, ambientalistas, manifestantes de la paz, simpatizantes de los derechos de la Segunda Enmienda... la lista sigue y sigue. Según la escritora Naomi Wolf, el Centro Nacional Contra-Terrorismo guarda los nombres de casi 775,000 ‘sospechosos de terrorismo’ con la cifra creciendo unos 20,000 por mes”.

 

Informes procedentes de los Estados Unidos también están señalando que por primera vez desde su Guerra Civil, se está entrenando a las tropas Estadounidenses para tomar poblados y pueblos enteros para capturar y arrestar a todo aquel que ellos consideren una amenaza, como nos podemos enterar leyendo a una de las mencionadas Unidades Militares en Iowa:

 

“La unidad Carroll de la Guardia Nacional se entrenará en operaciones militares urbanas al llevar a cabo un ejercicio de 4 días en Arcadia. El objetivo del ensayo del 2 al 5 de abril será para recolectar inteligencia, luego buscar y aprehender a un sospechoso de tráfico de armas, según el Sargento Mike Kots, NCO de alerta para la compañía Alpha.

 

Participarán ciudadanos, las dependencias de la ley, los medios y otros simpatizantes.

 

Las tropas pasarán el jueves 2 de abril, escenificando en una base de operaciones de avanzada en Carroll. Al día siguiente, los líderes de la compañía llevarán a cabo un reconocimiento y comenzarán a patrullar las calles de Arcadia para identificar posibles ubicaciones del traficante de armas.

 

La fase primaria se efectuará el sábado 4 de abril, en que se desplegarán convoyes desde Carroll hasta Arcadia. Se exhibirán fotos del traficante de armas y los soldados irán de puerta en puerta preguntando si los residentes han visto al sospechoso.

 

Los soldados tocarán únicamente a la puerta de los hogares que hayan convenido en participar en el ensayo, apuntó Kots.

 

“Una vez que se haya recolectado evidencia fidedigna”, dijo Kots, “en partes del pueblo se fijarán retenes y se llevarán a cabo búsquedas más profundas de casas y vehículos de acuerdo con los deseos de los residentes.

 

“Una de las técnicas que usamos en el ambiente político actual es acordonamiento y tocar a la puerta” explicó Kots. “Preguntamos por el jefe de la familia, obtenemos el permiso para buscar, luego hacemos que abran las puertas y despensas. El dueño de la casa es quien mantiene el control. Miramos por encima de su hombro y el soldado usa el lenguaje corporal y posición del dueño de la casa para protegerlo”.

 

Durante esta fase de la operación, las tropas interactuarán con los residentes y los medios mientras implementan medidas de control de tumultos y posiblemente atendiendo y evacuando a personas heridas. La unidad usará un helicóptero Blackhawk por comando y control desde arriba y para simular evacuaciones médicas. El ensayo culminará con la aprehensión del sospechoso de tráfico de armas”.

 

El claro aspecto Orwelliano de los oficiales del Ejército y los órganos mediáticos de Propaganda de los Estados Unidos al utilizar a sus propios ciudadanos para ayudarlos en la aprehensión de sus familiares, amigos y vecinos etiquetados como ‘enemigos del estado’ es demasiado escalofriante como para comprenderlo, pero se vuelve totalmente aterrador cuando emparejado con las noticias de que el gobierno Estadounidense se encamina a cortar el acceso a todos los ciudadanos a las municiones que necesitarían para defenderse contra estos fascistas bárbaros.

 

Virtualmente ignorado por las masas de los dueños de armas Estadounidenses es que sus temores de que el gobierno les confisque sus armas nunca fue tan grande tenerlo, sino el quitarle a estas gentes el acceso a las municiones requeridas para sus armas es que ha sido siempre el ‘Plan Maestro’ para someterlos, como lo podemos leer abajo:

 

“Parece como si aquellos que dijeron que la Administración Obama atacaría mientras que la plancha estuviera caliente hayan estado en lo correcto y la Administración podría estar haciéndolo de un modo que no se requiere que ni siquiera obtengan un voto en el Congreso. En la edición matutina de Shooting Wire, Jim Shepherd escribe que los funcionarios Canadienses saben de ‘buena autoridad’ que nuestro Departamento de Estado pudiera estar a punto de cortar todas las importaciones de municiones de ciertos calibres”.

 

Las municiones en lista para esta supuesta prohibición incluyen la .50BMG, 7.62x39mm Soviet, 7.62x51mm NATO, .308 Winchester, 5.56 NATO y .223 Remington. Además, estamos escuchando que podría ampliarse esta propuesta prohibición para incluir la 6.5mm SPC, 9mm Parabellum, .40S&W y .45ACP – entre otras”.

 

El más impactante de todos estos acontecimientos es la enorme mayoría de Estadounidenses que todavía ven a su nuevo Presidente Obama como diferente de su ex Presidente Bush, pero que cada dia que pasa las evidencias muestran claramente que no tiene más que la máscara de líder puesta en su lugar para poner en ejecución la última etapa del FINAL DEL JUEGO, que lleva a la destrucción de los Estados Unidos.

 

Desde la Guerra contra el Terror de Bush que él está continuando hasta los recortes de impuestos de Bush hasta la acaudalada élite que él sigue, hasta su respaldo a las políticas de tortura de Bush, hasta sus intentos de matar el caso contra la búsqueda de los millones de los e-mails perdidos de Bush, hasta sus intentos por mantener la secrecía de Bush en el espionaje y tortura de ciudadanos Estadounidenses, y mucho, mucho más, el Presidente Obama va marchando en un virtual paso cerrado con su predecesor virtualmente desconocido por las masas de Estadounidenses es que pronto serán destruidos por lo que ellos se niegan ver y contra lo que se niegan a defenderse.

 

En cuanto a lo que se convertirá este otrora gran pueblo Estadounidense, no necesitamos más que mirar las palabras del campeón Británico de la justicia social, George Orwell, que en su profética obra “1984” señaló:

 

“El proyecto ideal por el Partido era algo enorme, terrible y brillante – un mundo de acero y concreto, de monstruosas máquinas y armas aterradoras – una nación de guerreros y de fanáticos, marchando hacia adelante en perfecta unidad, todos con los mismos pensamientos y gritando los mismos slogans, perpetuamente trabajando, combatiendo,  triunfando, persiguiendo a trescientos millones de gentes todos con el mismo rostro”.

 

Cuán aterrador para esos Estadounidenses es no tener ‘el mismo rostro’ como sus despistados conciudadanos a los que todos conocemos demasiado bien porque los hemos visto antes en los gulags de la Alemania Nazi, la Rusia Comunista, los Campos de Matanza de Camboya y muy pronto, ya... en los Estados Unidos.

If prostitution is the world’s oldest profession, then city mayors follow a very close second.  In fact, it occurs to me they may be the spiritual offspring of the aforementioned liaisons.  Whenever there is loose change or unclaimed dollar bills laying around, mayors can smell them a mile away and if a Sugar Daddy offers free cash, they never stop to question what the vigorish might be.  The urban emperors, suburban commissars, the hack and the highbrow, the Republican and Democrat, the apolitical and amoral, the exurban apparatchiks all assemble to line dance down Pennsylvania Avenue like ladies of the evening on the way to a golden score with Big Daddy.

 The United States Conference of Mayors has assembled the most ridiculous and repulsive example of government excess I think I have ever seen.  Here is a PDF file of the document which stretches to 344 pages.  One of the most alarming features of this civic gluttony is the gift list request for funds to buy military SWAT assault equipment for police forces like the examples offered here by Texas blogger and Reason.com contributor, Trey Garrison:

• Frisco wants $125,000 for an armored vehicle and $200,000 for a mobile command vehicle. You know, for all that gang tank warfare going on up in Frisco.

• McKinney wants $5 million for SWAT toys and stuff.

• North Richland Hills wants $51,000 for volunteer patrol volunteers. Let’s throw in $10 for a dictionary so they can look up the word “volunteer.”

• Irving wants $5 million for biometric scanners, digital cameras, RFID scanners — nothing Big Brother there.

• Grand Prairie wants $1.25 million for nicer landscaping around the public safety building.

• And finally, Arlington is really gearing up for urban warfare. Arlington wants $1.6 million for SWAT toys including more equipment for those deadly but camera-friendly no-knock raids, $56,000 for military grade carbines, $625,000 for unmanned aerial surveillance drones, and $130,000 for “covert ops.”

Here is the “Public Safety” wish list from the US Conference of Mayors.

Radley Balko, of The Agitator and contributing editor of Reason, offers these galling examples of cops gone Rambo:

• Sparks, Nevada wants $600,000 to purchase a “live fire” house its SWAT team can shoot up, and another $420,000 for a SWAT armored vehicle.

• Pleasanton, California wants $250,000 to buy a vehicle for its SWAT team.

• Gary, Indiana wants $750,000 for a host of “modernization” upgrades to its police department, including “sub-automatic machine guns” and an “armored vehicl” [sic].

• Hampton, Virginia wants a whopping $3.5 million for “Air Tactical Unit Support and Equipment,” which I’m pretty sure means they want a sweet helicopter for the SWAT team.

• Ottawa, Illinois (population: 18,307) wants $60,000 to purchase, among other things, five “tactical entry rifles.”

• Glendale Heights, Illinois wants $96,000 to purchase red light cameras, and another $67,000 to hire someone to monitor them.

• Toward a more Orwellian America!  The following cities requested stimulus funds to supplement, initiate, or upgrade public surveillance camera systems: Brockton, Massachusetts; Buffalo, New York; Burnsville, Minnesota; Caguas, Puerto Rico; Cerritos, California; Columbia, South Carolina; Compton, California; Homestead, Florida; Hormigueros, Puerto Rico; Indianapolis, Indiana; Inglewood, California; Lewiston, Maine; Lorain, Ohio; Lynn, Massachusetts; Marion, Ohio; Merced, California; New Rochelle, New York; North Richland Hills, Texas; Oakland, California; Orange, New Jersey; Orem, Utah; Orlando, Florida; Pembroke Pines, Florida; Ponce, Puerto Rico; Riverdale, Illinois; Shreveport, Louisiana; Silver City, New Mexico; Sumter, South Carolina; Tallahassee, Florida; Warren, Ohio; and Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

Winston-Salem, North Carolina requested just under $85 million in security-related stimulation. But top prize goes to Tulsa, Oklahoma, which is asking the rest of the country to stimulte its economy with a whopping $135 million in public safety-related requests.

All in all, America’s mayors asking for a little over $5.5 billion in public safety “stimulus.”

The city of La Porte, Texas has applied for $700,000 to build a “Lifestyle Center” while the city of Houston wants a whopping $175,000,000 to build the “Metro Houston Intermodal Terminal” in downtown Houston. I could go on, but I am nauseated by reading these documents. Readers will have to carry on in my absence while I try to recover.

Professor's "Kill 90% of Population" Comments Echo UN & Elite NGO policies.

 The Defense Department has established a "civilian expeditionary workforce" that will see American civilians trained and equipped to deploy overseas in support of worldwide military missions. The move is seen by some as an initial step towards fulfilling president Obama’s promise to form a civilian national security force as powerful as the U.S. military.

The intent of the program “is to maximize the use of the civilian workforce to allow military personnel to be fully utilized for operational requirements,” according to a Defense Department report.

The program was officially implemented one week ago, on the 23rd January, when Deputy Defense Secretary Gordon England signed Defense Department Directive 1404.10 (PDF), which provides a summation of the duties the workforce will undertake.

The directive, which is effective immediately, states that civilian employees of the DoD will be asked to sign agreements stating that they will deploy in support of military missions for up to two years if needed.

Workforce members, who are divided into different designations under the directive, will serve overseas in support of humanitarian, reconstruction and, if necessary, combat-support missions.

"If the employee does not wish to deploy, every effort will be made to reassign the employee to a nondeploying position." the DoD report states.

While the directive suggests that the DoD will at first seek volunteers to serve in the civilian workforce, section 4, subsection (e) paragraph (2) states:

Management retains the authority to direct and assign civilian employees, either voluntarily, involuntarily, or on an unexpected basis to accomplish the DoD mission.

In addition, the directive states that all workforce members will be subject to physical and psychological testing, both before and after deployment.

The directive refers several times to the civilian workforce as a component of the "Total Force", which it describes as "The organizations, units, and individuals that compromise the DoD resources for implementing the National Security Strategy." This "Total Force" includes active, reserve and retired military personnel in addition to DoD civilian employees.

Back in July 2008, Barack Obama, then the presidential front runner,called for a "civilian national security force" as powerful as the U.S. military.

"We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded,"Obama told a Colorado Springs audience.

The comments that were ignored by the vast majority of the corporate media but were found to be troubling by some independent journalists who compared the idea to the formation of the Nazi Hitler Youth.

Fears of "youth brigades" or civilian stasi style units increased following Obama’s appointment of Rahm Emanuel to chief-of staff.

In his book, "The Plan: Big Ideas for America," Emanuel writes: "It’s time for a real Patriot Act that brings out the patriot in all of us. We propose universal civilian service for every young American. Under this plan, all Americans between the ages of 18 and 25 will be asked to serve their country by going through three months of basic training, civil defense preparation and community service."

The book also notes, "Some Republicans will squeal about individual freedom, ruling out any likelihood that they would let people opt out of universal citizen service."

Emanuel is also an enthusiastic supporter of the United States Public Service Academy Act, a lobbying group founded in 2006 in order to promote the foundation of an American public service academy modeled on the military academies - a youth corps whose students would be trained in "civilian internship in the armed forces".

Furthermore, in a rediscovered 2006 audio clip of an interview with Ben Smith of the New York Daily News, Emanuel outlined the agenda for compulsory military-style training, essentially a domestic draft, aimed at preparing Americans for a chemical or biological terrorist attack.

When controversy arose over the program last November, the use of the word "required" to describe the program was removed from Obama’s change.gov website and replaced with "community service" type terminology.

Though the civilian expeditionary workforce program is restricted to DoD employees, similar programs have already been established for public sector workers.

One such program has seen hundreds of police, firefighters, paramedics and utility workers recently trained and dispatched as "Terrorism Liaison Officers" in Colorado, Arizona and California to watch for "suspicious activity" which is later fed into a secret government database.
